Bio
Alexander W. Bergeson specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties located on the Westside of Los Angeles. Working alongside Senior Vice President Joel Frank, his mission is to enhance value for both entrepreneurial and institutional real estate investors through superior analytical and negotiation skills, and to service landlords and tenants in securing competitive lease terms.
Alex’s landlord agency clients include Legacy Partners, TA Associates Realty, Sandstone Properties, Associated Television International, The Samuel Goldwyn Company, First Credit Bank, Basic Media Group, and Jamison Services.
Alex Bergeson has also worked with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased retail investment properties throughout the United States. Alex started his career with CBRE in 2012, where he worked in debt & equity, gaining a valuable background in financing procedures and property valuation. He transitioned into a research analyst role in CBRE’s Century City office and focused on regional research and analytics across all property types. Alex graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and competed with their men’s NCAA Division I Water Polo team.
