Bio
Alec Schiffer is a Managing Director for the Southern California Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings, where he focuses on sourcing and executing TCR’s development activities across Southern California. Alec joined TCR in 2014.
Previously Alec was with Strata Equity Group, Inc. most recently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions where his responsibilities included asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets activities for a diverse portfolio including multifamily, retail, self-storage, and land holdings in the Western U.S. Prior to that, he worked as a Regional Associate at a senior housing advisory firm and as a Principal at a Southern California real estate investment and advisory firm.
Alec received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
