Alan Werther

Mr. Werther is a founding partner and Executive Vice President of Patriot Equities, L.P., responsible for overseeing the negotiation of all of the Company’s acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. Prior to founding Patriot, Mr. Werther was Vice President and General Counsel for Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc., a leading real estate firm focused on office and industrial real estate. Before his tenure at Preferred, Mr. Werther served as an attorney with the Philadelphia-based law firms Cozen O’Connor and Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen, where he was involved in all aspects of real estate transactional practice. Mr. Werther holds an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Plymouth Meeting with his wife and three children.
