Alan Shamah

Mr. Shamah is involved the acquisition of multi-family assets, securing privately placed funds, as well as overseeing the complete investment financial cycle. His real estate experience and exposure began in 1980 as his father, Joseph Shamah, began purchasing multi-family properties. Alan’s role was in the syndicating and acquisition efforts of the properties purchased. During the last 15 years, Alan has lead the asset management oversight efforts of all Shamah Property investments, and has also been directly involved in developing new markets for growth. He has served as Vice President of Hillel Yeshiva in Ocean Township, NJ and is a graduate of Boston University Business School with a major in Accounting.
