Alan Prince

Alan Prince joined Visconsi Companies, Ltd. in late 2012, bringing to the company over twenty years of experience in real estate finance and financial management. As CFO, Mr. Prince oversees all finance and accounting functions of the Company and its owned or managed properties and serves as liaison with financial institutions and leads the Company’s acquisition team. Prior to joining Visconsi Companies, Mr. Prince served as CFO for fifteen years with A & C Properties, a Phoenix, Arizona-based commercial real estate development, investment and management company. A & C activities include retail (anchored and strip), office, self-storage and residential projects with primary focus in Arizona with additional investments in metropolitan Denver and Southern California. Prior to A & C, Mr. Prince served as Controller with Cole Companies, a real estate investment syndicator and, previously, as Controller for Jaren Corporation, a real estate investment and management company. He started his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche as Senior Auditor on domestic and international engagements. Mr. Prince is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Arizona and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Prince received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona and is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute.
