Alan Guterman joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 2002 and serves as Senior Vice President, focusing on R&D, Office, Warehouse, and Land Leasing and Sales.

 

Alan brings over 30 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Prior to joining the company, Alan was Partner at BT Commercial from 1985 to 2001.
