Alan Grace entered the commercial real estate brokerage industry in October of 1995.
As an experienced real estate agent, Alan interfaces with real estate decision makers and corporate leaders to develop real estate strategies that align business unit requirements with overall corporate objectives. Alan's ability to add value to tenants and owner occupants of office and office intensive flex space is gained through his experience and dedication to an office and flex specialty. Since becoming a 100% commissioned salesperson in 1997, Alan has actively participated in 505 lease and sale transactions. As of yearend 2017, 83% of the transactions derive from office and office/flex buildings while the tenant or owner occupant represent 75% of these transactions.
Alan has conducted business throughout the continental United States. His career includes seven years at Insignia's Baltimore office which was acquired by CBRE, Inc. in 2003. In January 2012 Alan formed a brokerage partnership with industry veteran Ketch Secor. Together, the team delivers superior service within its specialty by utilizing the global breadth of CBRE's brokerage service line and collaborating with specialists within the additional service lines uniquely offered by CBRE. In 2017 the team grew with the addition of Grace Fennessy as a dedicated Client Services Coordinator.
