Bio
Alan W. George served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the Company from January 2002 to September 1, 2020. He will retire from the Company in early 2021. From February 1997 to January 2002, he was Executive Vice President – Acquisitions/Dispositions for the Company. Mr. George joined the Company in 1992 as a Vice President – Asset Management. Mr. George serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and is also a member and Governor of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the advisory board of the ULI Terwilliger Center of Housing.
