As the Executive Director for Retail Services at Colliers’ Miami – Coral Gables office, Alan specializes in working with anchor and junior anchor retailers, food and drug retailers, restaurateurs, and entertainment venues. Having worked in the commercial real estate business for over two decades, Alan is actively involved in all facets including tenant representation, investment sales, development, landlord representation and land sales.
