He has completed land sales ranging in value from $ 100,000 - $ 125 million. Also, he has assisted clients in the development of commercial properties, thus acquiring firsthand experience with planning, zoning, and construction issues by working directly with contractors, architects, and various municipalities. In addition, Al has acted as a general partner in several real estate ventures throughout his career, as well as, managed and leased commercial properties of various sizes.
