A.J. Magner is a corporate real estate leader with focused experience in manufacturing and distribution organizations. Mr. Magner centers on helping clients win by constructing and leading integrated teams to optimize real estate strategies/portfolios and effectively execute business strategies. Mr. Magner specializes in providing his clients with corporate real estate strategies, site selection, purpose built facility sourcing, project financing, sale-leaseback, logistics network implementation, plant decommissioning and divestments. 

A.J. creates strategies and executes those for his clients' portfolios and most complex projects. Mr. Magner's core focus is providing solutions and facilitating the business real estate requirements of corporate users on a national and international basis. Mr. Magner's particular expertise includes developing and implementing real estate strategies, manufacturing and distribution site selection, merger and acquisition support, environmentally distressed asset sales and project management.

Prior to joining CBRE, A.J. served as an Executive Vice President for JLL where he was responsible for the management of corporate occupier portfolio management and service delivery.  He was a vice president at The Staubach Company for three years. Prior to that, Mr. Magner worked for a major chemical company in progressively responsible roles including real estate, facility management, finance and corporate strategy (M&A) in North America and Europe. Mr. Magner has managed over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions for his clients and former employer.
