Adrienne Cord

With over 30 years in the commercial real estate arena, Adrienne Cord is an invaluable asset to Phelan Development Company. Adrienne has been accountable for oversight of construction activity including; coordination of design team, general contractor oversight, monthly reporting, accounting oversight, value engineering, job site meetings and scheduling work. Adrienne started in the industry working as a Property Manager for PS Business Parks and then Optima Asset Management Services. She then became a Project Director for Spieker Properties and later for PRES Professional Real Estate Services. In 2014, Adrienne began working for DCT Industrial, serving as Project Manager and remained there for 3 years. When Jeff Phelan decided to relaunch Phelan Development Company, Adrienne was brought on board to take lead on Construction Management and Property Management and has been working as an integral part of the team. Adrienne is an individual who consistently takes the initiative to stay on top of the industry and continue her professional growth. She has built an impressive arsenal of connections and resources, and maintains a vast knowledge of all aspects of commercial real estate and development.
