Adon Panattoni

Adon Panattoni serves as the Chief Executive Offi cer of Panattoni Development Company. He oversees all aspects of daily operations and development for the company’s 14 national offi ces located throughout the United States. Adon also serves on Panattoni’s Board, Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to becoming CEO, Adon held the position of Regional Director for the company’s development operations in Southern California. Prior to that, Adon was the Southern California Retail Partner where he was responsible for all facets of development for retail projects in the area including business procurement, site selection, development management and contract negotiations. Before joining Panattoni, Adon was an Investment Sales Broker for Colliers International in the downtown San Francisco offi ce. He was able to accumulate transactions totaling over $150 Million. Prior to Adon’s career at Colliers, he was employed as Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo in the downtown San Francisco Real Estate Group. Adon was responsible for sourcing and underwriting development fi nancing transactions over $80 Million.
