Adnan Charania

Mr. Charania is an Vice President at Eightfold Real Estate Capital. Prior to joining Eightfold, Mr. Charania was employed by NR Investments, where he was involved in the firm's acquisition and management of 3,000+ multifamily units, as well as NRI's various condo development projects across South Florida. His responsibilities included, but were not limited to, financial analysis, budget analysis and acquisition due diligence. Mr. Charania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Miami. He is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council's Young Professionals organization.
