Addison Williams is an investment property broker based outside of Detroit, MI.  Positioned uniquely close to the automotive hub of the world, Addison entered the investment sales industry with a specialty background in net-leased automotive assets, ranging from auto parts retailers and repair shops to dealerships and car wash facilities.

Today, his specialties expand outward, encompassing asset types such as multi-tenant stabilized and value-add investments, but more generally specializing in the fungible asset market: single-tenant net-leased investments.
