Adam Tilton

Adam provides tenant representation brokerage expertise in office properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area and nationally. He provides a financial based approach to evaluating real estate transactions, so clients have measurable data upon which to base their decisions. Additionally, Adam advises clients regarding their national real estate strategy. In that effort not only does he assist with transactions but also in implementing a national program, delivering the ability to manage real estate with consistency and financially beneficial results across numerous locations.

Adam has completed millions of square feet of office and data center leases and purchases, including hundreds of multi-market transactions. Additionally, he has successfully advised numerous clients regarding their strategy for national portfolio management, workplace strategy, lease administration/dashboard technology, construction/project management, lease audit services and incentives.

Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, and holds his real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri. He was a member of the 2012 Class of the Centurions Leadership Program, sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. With his previous firm Adam received the Colliers Everest Club Award recognizing him as part of the top 10% of Producers nationally.
