Bio
Adam Tietz joined JDA as a Real Estate Manager for the Multifamily Division in 2020. He is responsibile for market analysis, site selection and acquisition, contract negotiation, and entitlement work for all new multifamily development activities in southwest Florida. Adam has 10 years of development experience in both the public and private sectors working on a multitude of projects in the Midwest, Colorado and Florida. He received a Master's of Real Estate Development from Clemson University as well as a Master's of Urban Planning and Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Nebraska.
