Adam Schmitt recently joined CBRE as a Client Services Coordinator with the Las Vegas Multifamily Investment Properties. He is responsible for administering market research, preparing underwriting documents, creating proposals, arranging sales comps, and organizing marketing materials.

Since joining the team, Mr. Schmitt has assisted in $2.6 billion in sales.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Schmitt worked as a market researcher for multifamily developer, Crescent Communities, as well as within the corporate partnerships department at the Ultimate Fighting Championships.
