Adam Saltzman

Adam has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. During his career, he primarily focused on Credit Underwriting and Asset Management.

Prior to forming Inlet Real Estate Capital, Adam was an Executive Director at Ladder Capital for 8 years where he personally managed and closed 150 transactions totaling $4.0 billion. He was responsible for asset managing balance sheet loans in order to ensure execution of business plans, working with the capital markets team to maximize returns, and assisting with corporate financial reporting requirements.

Prior to Ladder Capital, Adam worked at Newmark within the Financial Services team, providing analysis and support for the various brokerage and investment sales teams. Adam received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate, from The University of Texas – Austin, McCombs School of Business.
