Adam Rybka

Adam has over 10 years of experience in Senior Housing. Adam spent over two years with Care Capital Properties, Inc, a publicly traded healthcare REIT, where he managed a portfolio of almost 100 skilled nursing and senior housing properties. He was responsible for developing and implementing strategies which protected and expanded a $1B portfolio of net-leased assets, and included operator transitions and recapitalizations, capital investments, development, asset sales and acquisitions.Prior to the Care Capital Properties spin-off, Adam spent three years with Ventas, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare REIT, in several roles within asset management and financial reporting. He is also a member of NIC's Future Leaders Council.
