Adam Rose

Adam's main responsibilities include underwriting, asset management and loan servicing. Prior to joining Glacier, Adam was an Asset and Project Manager at Choice New York Companies, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and financial performance of 15 Properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Adam accumulated significant knowledge in property acquisitions and financing transactions, reviewing offering plans and overseeing commercial and residential co-op and condo boards. Previously, Adam worked at top financial communication firms Prosek Partners and Makovsky, where his portfolio included top financial institutional clients in real estate acquisitions, banking, fintech, and management consulting. Prior to Prosek, Adam was a project team consultant at Goldman Sachs, where he liaised with prime brokerage and hedge fund clients on the regulatory reform team. Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Strategy from Cornell University's Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
