Bio
Adam has extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, operations and management. He has directed more than 2 billion in real estate transactions throughout his career, including the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of more than 250 industrial, multi-family and office properties. Since founding RAF Pacifica Group, he has also spearheaded the development of more than 1.5 million square feet of ground up construction on behalf of the firm, and led the RAF team in acquiring more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial properties throughout San Diego County. Adam continues to be recognized by a variety of publications and has been awarded numerous accolades. In 2018, he was named one of the San Diego Business Journal’s “Most Influential Leaders.” He was also named one of the San Diego Daily Transcript’s “Top 50 Influential Leaders” in 2017, and one of Real Estate Forum’s Top “50 under 40” professionals in 2016, among many others. He is a licensed real-estate broker in the state of California and holds numerous professional affiliations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR), Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM). He also serves on the Board for SIOR, the Policy Advisory Board at the University of San Diego, and is currently a trustee of the Quail Botanical Gardens and a member of the YPO Costal San Diego Chapter. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Procurement from the University of San Diego.
