Adam Parks

Adam Parks is an Analyst in Avison Young's New York City office.

As an Analyst on the Debt & Equity team, Parks supports the team on various deals through underwriting analysis, performing market research, preparing offering memoranda, and assisting in the marketing of those deals.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Parks worked at Prima Capital Advisors, where he conducted preliminary due diligence on prospective properties and portfolios and created asset summary reports for Prima's investors. Before that, he worked at Tradeweb in London as a Business Analyst, working with the product strategy and implementation team on various projects relating to financial products and company strategy.

Parks graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on European International Business, Politics, and Economics. He also completed the undergraduate Core Curriculum in the College of Arts and Sciences and received a minor in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business.
