Bio
Adam joined Stonetown in May 2011. Prior to Stonetown, Adam spent over six years at Amstar, a Denver based real estate private equity firm where he was a Managing Director overseeing the firm’s hospitality and Latin American investments, including sourcing, structuring, financing and asset management of those assets. Prior to Amstar, Adam worked in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs where he was an Associate in the London office working on acquisitions, joint ventures and financings of real estate and non-performing note portfolios across Western Europe.
Prior to Goldman, Adam was an investment banking analyst at PaineWebber working on mergers, acquisitions, equity offerings and debt raises for REIT clients as well as real estate principal investments on behalf of the firm.
Adam has a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
