Adam Metzger

Mr. Metzger focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities for L&L. He is also responsible for debt and equity financing, as well as the development and execution of renovation and leasing plans for assets acquired.

Prior to joining L&L, Mr. Metzger was a Vice President of Acquisitions & Investment at Normandy Real Estate Partners, a vertically-integrated private equity fund manager focused on value-add investments along the East Coast. Earlier in his career, Adam focused on M&A advisory and capital raising in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Metzger graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics. He is also a founding member and served on the executive board of Empire (Emerging Professionals in Real Estate).
