Bio
As an executive managing director with Newmark, Adam Levinson is responsible for identifying capital on behalf of his clients. Focused primarily on office and industrial product, Mr. Levinson accesses capital markets seeking both floating and fixed rate instruments, including highly structured facilities that address the needs of his clients. He also procures joint venture and pre-sale equity structures that are related to the ground-up development or re-positioning of specific assets.
Mr. Levinson joined Newmark in 2012 following the acquisition of Grubb & Ellis, where he was a vice president. He previously was a director at Cohen Financial, a nationally recognized mortgage banking firm. Mr. Levinson has to date participated in the capitalization of over $6.0 billion of investment real estate.
Mr. Levinson's professional affiliations include membership in the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) and Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC).
A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Mr. Levinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business.
