Adam Levine

Adam Levine began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 and has since completed over $1.3 billion in real estate investment transactions. An entrepreneur throughout his career, Mr. Levine founded Oak Realty Group in 2001, acquiring commercial real estate investments with a continuous focus on high quality investment opportunities that achieve above market returns with capital preservation as the guiding principle. In 2009, Mr. Levine co-founded Oak Residential Partners, LLC expanding into the multifamily market with the same vision. Mr. Levine leads capital market activities and participates in all acquisition and disposition decisions for both Oak Realty Group, Inc. and Oak Residential Partners, LLC. He directs asset management and administrative activities for Oak Realty Group, Inc. Prior to forming Oak Realty Group, Mr. Levine was an Asset Manager for Banyan Strategy Realty Trust (NASDAQ: BSRTS), where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and multifamily investments. Mr. Levine is a licensed Illinois Real Estate broker and graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
