Bio
Adam Kohler joined CBRE as Executive Vice President in 2013 when CBRE acquired Fameco Real Estate, where he had been a Principal of the firm. Previously, he had joined Fameco Real Estate in 2004 with the merger of his own firm, Kohler Group, with Fameco. Adam has specialized in retail real estate for over 25 years.
Adam acted as Head of Fameco’s Landlord Leasing Department and, in an unofficial capacity at CBRE, continues to offer oversight and leadership in Agency Leasing.He primarily focuses on representing property owners across the broad range of asset types-mixed-use projects, enclosed malls, power centers, community and neighborhood centers and freestanding buildings. Further, he has represented national retailers in the disposition of company-owned and surplus property
