Adam Holt

Adam Holt joined the CRA team in February of 2014. His responsibilities include the identification and analysis of potential acquisitions, analyzing key economic data within CRA’s target markets, and providing assistance with the due diligence and deal closing processes. Adam graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. His previous work experience includes multifamily market research as well as underwriting Low Income Housing Tax Credit acquisitions and adaptive reuse projects. Prior to joining CRA, Adam was an analyst at Dominium Development and Acquisitions in Minneapolis. Adam currently resides in downtown Denver, and enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor amenities that Colorado has to offer.
