Adam Hakimian joined The Hakimian Organization in 1995, and today oversees a wide spectrum of its construction activities. Mr. Hakimian has directed and completed several building projects totaling over $850 Million. His achievements are highlighted by projects producing award-winning architecture, including three new buildings he completed under the auspices of the Landmarks Preservation Committee in NYC. His expertise in pre-development planning, contract allotment, and construction administration has led to success in many of the company’s ground-up developments and conversion projects. Mr. Hakimian also continues to save millions of dollars in real estate taxes for the company through his implementation of the 421a program, the ICIP program, and city-issued reductions. Mr. Hakimian is a member of several charitable organizations. He graduated from Hofstra University’s School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
