Adam Hakim

Mr. Hakim is a Senior Managing Director at Meridian. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Hakim was a Principal in the Capital Advisory Division at Eastern Consolidated, where he and his team closed over $5 billion in commercial real estate loans over the past three years, specializing in construction and transitional assets. Previously, he spent 17 years in debt and equity capital markets, where he developed his unique deal-making skills and focused on raising capital for hospitality, multifamily construction, and transitional assets across the capital stack. Mr. Hakim has placed over $10 billion in debt and equity during his career and has closed transactions across the country with a focus on the tri-state area, Miami, and Chicago.

Mr. Hakim has built long-standing relationships with many top real estate professionals, and his tenacious personality has earned him the reputation as a loyal and dependable advisor with access to the most efficient capital being offered in the market. Mr. Hakim is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he majored in Finance.
