Adam Greene

Adam Greene oversees all legal matters for Penn South Capital.He is the youngest partner at Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene Genovese & Gluck P.C., a prestigious midtown law firm focused on real estate and bankruptcy matters. Adam regularly represents buyers, seller’s companies, and investors in strategic financial mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, recapitalizations, and restructurings. He also advises early stage companies and investors in venture capital financings, serving as outside general counsel to emerging and established operating companies. Adam’s practice also includes representing parties in bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, asset purchasers from distressed companies, and lending institutions providing debtor-in-possession financing.Adam’s is a graduate of Lafayette College and earned his law degree at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
