Bio
Mr. Ginsburg is the Co-Chairman of GDC Properties. He joined the company on a full-time basis in 1988. His résumé at the company includes real estate development, asset management, property management and accounting system design. Mr. Ginsburg directs the management of the stabilized portfolio and oversees the development of new projects. He holds a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
