Adam Ehret directs acquisitions, debt financing and asset management for BAM’s principal activities. With 20+ years of real estate experience and over $1 billion in transaction volume, Adam identifies value-oriented, institutional-quality real estate investment opportunities. Since 2015, Adam has led BAM to become an operations-focused firm that delivers proven performance through calculated risk management, forward-thinking strategy and maximized returns. Prior to partnering with Ivan Barratt, Adam worked as a multifamily investment broker for Cushman & Wakefield. An active member of his community, Adam currently serves on the Board of Indianapolis’ Legatus Chapter, and is the Chair of St. John's “Preserving our Heritage, Inspiring Hope” Capital Campaign. He formerly served on the Board of the San Damiano Scholarship Program (Marian University), and the SON Foundation.
