Adam Deragisch

Adam is a Vice President at Capital Lending Resources, Inc. ("CLR"). Adam is responsible for interacting directly with fund investors, assisting in the loan origination process, and managing the servicing of the loans in the portfolio. In addition to these duties, Adam manages the financial, compliance, and audit reporting to all of West Bay's regulatory entities. Prior to joining West Bay in 2010, Adam was the primary commercial and residential insurance adjuster for the greater Los Angeles area for Travelers Insurance Company. While at Travelers, Adam was in charge of managing 10 other adjusters throughout California and the Southeastern United States. Adam has worked directly with contractors and policyholders in the valuation and rebuilding of commercial and residential properties damaged by casualties. Adam also served as the training director for incoming personnel to the commercial claims division for Southern California. Adam holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Business Management and Administration and holds a California Real Estate Broker's License. Adam has remained active in the development departments at his alma mater's -- Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and Jesuit High School in Sacramento, California. Adam currently volunteers as a deckhand with the Los Angeles Maritime Institute, teaching inner-city teenagers the art of tall ship sailing.
