Adam M Buchwald

Adam Buchwald is a Managing Director focused on U.S. real estate opportunities. He is based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Buchwald was a Vice President at the Athena Group, LLC, where he executed real estate transactions and managed multiple development projects on behalf of the firm's opportunity fund. Prior to that, Mr. Buchwald worked as an Analyst in the Real Estate Mergers and Acquisitions group at Lazard. Mr. Buchwald graduated cum laude from Princeton University, where he received a BSE in operations research and financial engineering.
