Abby specializes in Industrial brokerage, servicing both corporate occupiers and institutional investors.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Abby spent five years leading the regional business development efforts for an ENR Top 50 Industrial general contractor. During this time Abby was tasked with leading the RFP process, prospecting new opportunities, client development and client retention.

Being that Abby is also a Charlotte native, she utilizes her longstanding relationships, knowledge of the region and of the market as an advantage to the clients that she works with.
