Aaron Valdez is a broker specializing in industrial properties in the greater Denver market. Aaron brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience and partners with clients to develop a strategic approach in the leasing, sales and acquisition of industrial, office and retail properties, and advises on market potential for income-producing investment sites. His portfolio includes all commercial property types and he has participated in transactions of more than $300,000,000 and leased/sold more than 9,000,000 square feet. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aaron managed a team of analysts and strategic consultants who provided financial and investment analysis for commercial developments throughout the country. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in finance and an emphasis in real estate.
