Aaron Rocha

Professional Expertise Aaron Rocha is a brokerage professional who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2020 as a Director with the Downey Tenant Advisory team.  He will be an integral part of the team working with Larry Downey, Vice Chairman, Brett Thompson, Director and Candace Thrush, Client Services & Team Operations. Aaron has eight years of commercial real estate experience including over 10 million square feet of global lease and sales transactions. He previously served as the Head of Global Real Estate for a Fortune 500 technology company and a Senior Director with a large coworking provider. In his new role as a Tenant Advisory specialist with Cushman & Wakefield he will focus on new business development and help tenants to navigate and achieve their goals within the commercial office market; providing expertise in lease negotiations, strategic planning, site selection and economic incentives. The Downey Tenant Advisory team has more than 50 years of collective experience completing 4,500 lease and sale transactions. The team focuses on occupancy solutions for their clients, providing them with relocation, acquisition, renewal / lease restructuring, or consolidation services in local, national and global markets.  Aaron holds real estate brokerage licenses in both Arizona and California. His intimate knowledge of tenant needs and first-hand experience will help drive the Downey Team’s continued success in Phoenix as well as across the country.
