Aaron D. Johnson joined Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets group in 2014. He specializes in office properties. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Aaron has a complete real estate background in acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, financing and development.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aaron was Vice President of Investments and Partner for Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners where he led strategic investment and financing initiatives and was responsible for sourcing acquisition and development opportunities along Colorado's Front Range. Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners is Colorado's largest private owner of office and industrial product. While at Etkin Johnson, Aaron completed more than 50 transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and financing with a total consideration of over $450M across 9M square feet of office and industrial product and was the youngest named partner in the firm's 25 year history.
