Aaron is a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance Group focused on the origination & execution of equity and debt placement for commercial real estate owners and investors. His expertise specializes in commercial real estate loans, construction loans, and bridge loans for industrial, office, multifamily, student-housing, and retail properties located across the United States.

Over his 16-year real estate career, Aaron has originated, structured, and closed over $2 billion in commercial property financings. In addition, Aaron has advised on a variety of hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate risk and has helped resolve distressed loans through restructures and modifications.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Aaron was an SVP, Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of America and served as co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion council for their real estate practice. He began his real estate career at Wells Fargo’s Merchant Banking division in 2007.
