Tom Salanty has 38 years of experience in the real estate investment business as an advisor and transactional agent. His primary responsibilities have been representing institutional owners, developers and private investors in the disposition of real estate assets. Mr. Salanty's role as the President of Capital Markets of NAI Robert Lynn is to always put the client first as an advisor in the evaluation and disposition of real estate assets.

Background & Experience

Mr. Salanty has completed transactions totaling over 43 million square feet and valued at $4.0 billion. Some of his clients include AmREIT (now Edens), Archon, Arrow Realty, Blackstone, C-III, DDR, Dunhill Partners, Epic Realty, Equitable/Lend Lease, Glimcher Realty Trust, Howard Hughes Corporation, Inland Companies, Jamestown, JC Penney, Kimco Realty, LNR, Metropolitan Life, Olshan Properties, Simon Property Group, Site Centers, Weingarten Realty, VEREIT, Vornado Realty Trust and multiple private investors.

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Mr. Salanty spent 4 years at JLL as a Managing Director and 23 years at Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Director in the Dallas offices. Mr. Salanty has been consistently recognized as a top-ranking producer and a Dallas Power Broker for multiple years. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Salanty was the Acquisitions Director for Intershop Holdings, a.g., a $1 Billion Swiss real estate investment company and was the lead disposition officer at Bright Realty Company (owned by the RTC), responsible for the disposition of a $1 billion portfolio of foreclosure properties.
