Bio
Matt Raptosh is a Managing Director specializing in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financial services, strategy consulting, asset management and project execution for the Berkadia Hospitality Mortgage Banking Group.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Matt served as a Regional Vice President with CNB Bank and prior to that as a Director with Shaner Hospitality Finance in State College, Pennsylvania. Matt’s broad experience and education has resulted in a wide range of specialties including Acquisition Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, UW & Financial Modeling, Six Sigma / Strategy Consulting, as well as Commercial Real Estate Finance for the construction, healthcare, hospitality, office and retail sectors.
Matt attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania and Saint Francis University where his major fields of study were Accounting and Marketing.
