Heath Chapman is an Executive Vice President at CBRE | Raleigh through the merger of Trammell Crow Company. He is responsible for occupier advisory and transaction services for local, national and global companies in fulfilling their office space requirements. Much of his success is derived from his ability to provide his clients with an arsenal of services, from strategic planning and comprehensive financial analysis to business plan consulting that can impact the bottom line. This sophisticated approach to the business allows him to assist clients in a long-term, strategic consulting role, versus simply finding space and negotiating a lease document from a one-off transaction perspective.

Prior to CBRE | Raleigh, Heath was Leasing Representative for a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), Highwoods Properties, Inc., one of the largest owners and developers of Class A office space in the southeast, where he was responsible for leasing an office portfolio encompassing approximately one million square feet.  This institutional landlord experience provides him unique insight into the owner perspective which creates tremendous value for his occupier clients.
