Arjav (AJ) Patel is a Director at Greenstone Partners, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Chicagoland area. Ranging from multi-tenant suburban strip malls to single-tenant neighborhood storefronts, AJ has advised his clients on the acquisition and disposition strategies that best suit their needs.

AJ earned a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering with a concentration in Neural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Born in Chicago and raised in Skokie, Illinois, AJ is an active participant in basketball, boxing, and golf. An avid music fan, AJ enjoys attending concerts and festivals in addition to reading and traveling. AJ also supports and gives time to Breakthrough Urban Ministry Chicago and CJE SeniorLife.
