Ryan Gregory

Ryan is a Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. As part of JLL’s Multi-Housing Investment Advisory team, he is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment sales advisory. Over the course of his career, Ryan has been involved in more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was on the Debt and Structured Finance team at Newmark for five years, where he placed permanent and short-term capital for his clients acquiring multi-housing.
