Brock Tomlinson

Brock serves as a Vice President, Investment Officer of Mid-Atlantic for Prologis. Previously at Bozzuto, Brock oversaw the acquisitions for Bozzuto and was responsible for identifying new development opportunities, expanding joint venture opportunities and overseeing a pipeline that exceeds $1 billion of mixed-use and multi-family developments throughout the country. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Brock was the director of acquisitions, overseeing the acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets at Urban Investment Partners (UIP), a D.C.-based multifamily developer. He also previously worked as an originator and underwriter at Fundrise and was an equity derivatives trader at JPMorgan in New York.

Brock is actively involved with the DC Real Estate Group and the Urban Land Institute in D.C. He holds a master’s degree in real estate finance and development from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond, where he was a three-year captain of the varsity men’s soccer team.
