Tom J Lagos, CCIM

Tom Lagos has been transacting shopping center sales since 1994, providing advisory for institutional owners, family offices and high net worth investors on how to maximize the value from their retail assets. This client driven specialty has led to transactions across the country with a higher concentration in the western states and Hawaii. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was an executive vice president at JLL and held senior level positions at both Colliers and Grubb and Ellis (Newmark). He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
