Brett Grifo is an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Philadelphia office. In his role, Grifo provides guidance through every stage of the acquisition and sales processes, helping his clients meet strategic, operational and financial goals for their real estate investments.

Prior to joining Newmark, Grifo worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he arranged such high-profile transactions as the $150M sale of the Pfizer campus in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and the $41M sale of the Bourse building and 400 Market Street in Philadelphia. Grifo also previously worked for JLL and Brandywine Realty Trust’s investment team, where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions and structured financings throughout their portfolio.

Grifo obtained his Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and his Bachelors in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
