Significant upside remains upon completion of a change-of-ownership PIP. The improved product offering combined with continued market growth expectations will likely result in performance levels well exceeding in-place metrics.

 

GROWING LEISURE AND TRAVEL DEMAND 

According to the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau, the city is visited by about 39 million tourists a year. Driving leisure demand are attractions such as The San Antonio Zoo as well as a number of leisure attractions in downtown San Antonio including historic Spanish fortress The Alamo, The River Walk, a number of museums, the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, the Alamodome, and numerous local eateries. Connecting travelers to the area is San Antonio International Airport which served 10.7 million passengers in 2023, representing a 13% increase over the previous year.
